Wicket from Wales: Find Us
In 50 words or less, tell us what you sound like?
We sit somewhere between instrumental postrock and ambient math. There is a lot of shifting dynamics and rhythmic tricks to help create texture. As we're only a three-piece, each of us has to work hard on what we contribute, whether that's sounding like six instruments at once or shutting up for a few bars to strip things back a bit.
In 100 words or less, tell us why we should listen to you?
There are familiar elements in our sound, but we bring something slightly different to the table. Although we studied music together at university, we have extremely varying influences and tastes that allow us to fuse a unique range of styles in our songs, from Zepplin to Disney.
