That’s the setting both in locale and style that has lead to the boogie-infused facepunch class of rock and roll Chron Goblin has proclaimed since their formation in 2009. Swagger and muscle, charm and wit, Chron Goblin (from Calgary, Canada) pair melody with aggression and groove for a fresh interpretation of heavy. Following the success of 2013’s sophomore album Life For The Living, and having toured the UK, USA and Canada, the band’s third full-length album Backwater picks up where the former left off. Backwater was recorded by Adam Pike (Red Fang), in Portland at Toadhouse Studios.

“The video for ‘Fuller’ was a riot to shoot! Who doesn’t love an action-packed pizza thriller?! Leading lady CJ was hilarious on set and she did an amazing job as our pizza delivery girl, the perfect blend of oddball and hilarious. We wanted to make another narrative video and it was a blast filming the various delivery scenes and working with such a fun cast. The song is one of our favourites off the album and I think we made a video that emulates the same upbeat energy and forward motion.”
