Deploying a double hit of heavy riffs and soaring vocals, OKAY YOU WIN have quickly built a solid reputation in the UK underground, bringing their blend of driving rock with stoned psychedelics and doomy breakdowns to a string of shows and festivals across England and further afield.

Through eight arena-ready anthems, their debut album End of Days deploys a towering blend of driving riff-rock chiselled with a touch of psychedelic gold and doom breakdowns that hit like a collapsing cathedral — all propelled by Dave Kirk’s breath-taking, soaring vocals. From the first riff to the final drum hit, this album washes over you with hooks that bury themselves in your skull for weeks. A massive, swaggering and superbly produced first statement for fans of everything from Green Lung, Orange Goblin, Kal-El to Sergeant Thunderhoof.

Writing about their new single, ‘Beat Me Down’, the band say:

“We’ve all come face to face with people who are determined to hurt or belittle us, jobs that wear us down to the bones, and a world that somehow feels like it’s out to get us. ‘Beat Me Down’ starts with an emphasis on ambience and repetition, mining and reflecting on these feelings and grievances, followed by choruses that shows there’s a rage inside of us that wants to be let out. These swirling emotions explode into a catharsis of pounding drums, psychedelic guitars, and one of the most intense vocal takes of the entire album, which all serve to remind us that whatever life throws our way, we are never standing down or giving up. This song is a furious cry of defiance and a refusal to be caged, broken or diminished. You beat me down… I stand.”

End of Days is released on June 26 2026 via Blues Funeral Recordings and be pre-ordered here on Bandcamp
