We have been tracking the progress of New Zealand post/doom-metal duo Into Orbit since their impressive 2017 album Unearthing. They are now releasing their newest single HORUS in anticipation of their third full-length album KINESIS due out on May 1st via Ironcald Productions.
Following the release of the song SHIFTER in January, the new single HORUS offers a taste of the darker side of the duo’s upcoming album. The 7 minute prog/doom-metal epic opens with eerie guitar dissonance before erupting into a storm of frenzied drums and furious riffing and concluding with a hypnotic loop-driven build to a cataclysmic end.
