Luminous Bodies are a double drumming London based rock outfit that we previously described as:

“…sounding like the Butthole Surfers playing on a rollercoaster that’s lost control and is currently destroying the part of the theme park where the animals live.”

They are a “supergroup” if you like, featuring members and ex members of legendary bands such as Terminal Cheesecake, Part Chimp and Gum Takes Tooth. They have a blistering live reputation, having torn apart festivals such as Supernormal and Raw Power over the previous year.

If that’s not enough, their début self-titled album is coming out in August on probably our favourite UK label right now, Box Records which boasts releases by Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs Pigs, Haikai No Ku, Foot Hair, Khünnt and Blown Out etc. We’ve heard the album and it’s ridiculous, who said you can’t be fun and powerful?

We’re DELIGHTED to have an exclusive stream of the opening track ‘Man’s Milk’, so get it in your brains.

Luminous Bodies are set to play two incredible headline shows in the North and South of England, worth going to both and losing your shit no matter where you live:
