Sound Architects is a four-piece instrumental rock band based in the Philippines and on February 1st, they are set to release their second full-length album titled Regenesis. “Adapting aural cues from the cyberpunk aesthetic and reflecting dystopian views, the music of Regenesis, according to the band’s guitarist Johann Mendoza, was informed of the band’s “general fears and worries spurred by the current highly evolved techno capitalist society and how it drives lives through smartphones and the internet”.”
Today the band releases the second track off the album titled ‘Temple of God’ and we have the pleasure of premiering it via Echoes and Dust. The track starts as a slow, ambient, meditative track and as it progresses you just know it’s building to something epic, and it does. At about the 1:49 mark a Carpenteresque synth announces the start of an intense and full wall of sound. It’s an incredible track.
